The Role

Our Junior Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all logistical activities across the five markets we operate in. This means working with the operational teams, as well as the distribution centers and 3PL's across all markets.

You will oversee distribution processes and activities that support all Supply Chain effectiveness. Execution of these strategies include establishing, measuring, and leading to applicable key performance indicators with logistics service providers and operations teams to ensure the timely, efficient and cost-effective distribution of the Degusta Boxes to our subscribers. 

You will

  • Define, implement and track logistical processes
  • Establish and measure applicable KPI's
  • Define the Operational Handbook and SLA's for distribution centers
  • Implement logistics information systems
  • Define and implement packaging improvements across all markets
  • Define and optimize inventory policies
  • Plan and forecast logistics costs
  • Manage budget achievement plans and corrective actions
  • Solve any logistical issue, either on the sourcing, production or delivery side
  • Negotiate with Handling & Shipping and packaging providers
  • Handle providers audits and supplier development plans
  • Manage prospection for new suppliers in existing and new markets
  • Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process


This is you

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in logistics management with a focus on Handling and Warehouse operations
  • You hold strong knowledge of distribution and transportation industry including familiarity with the key 3PLs in Europe
  • You are a great team player who achieves results in a collaborative manner
  • A self-starter who can cut through ambiguity
  • You are highly motivated to excel with an intrinsic drive for continuous improvement
  • A natural problem solver who faces challenges head on with confidence and enthusiasm
  • You have strong cross-collaboration experience
  • You are a skilled and professional negotiator
  • You show tactical execution, executive presentation, and financial analysis skills
