Customer Service Associate - German Market

The role

Our Customer Service Associate combines several exciting aspects. You will get to know the food and beverage industry deeply, providing excellent support to our customers while at the same time assist in our operational processes.

Today we operate in 5 different European markets, and we want you to join us in making Degusta Box the best experience possible for both our customers and clients.

You will gain expertise and insights in the industry, while working alongside a fun spirited and dedicated team.


You will

  • Support Degusta Box customers to resolve any easy or complex issues via phone, by email and through Social Media.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives for the German and/ or the Italian market.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies for responding to our customers.
  • Help detecting issues and find solutions to prevent them.
  • Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service that’ll make our subscribers smile :)


This is you

  • You speak German at a native level
  • If you are fluent in Italian as well, that is a big plus
  • You show strong skills in customer service and treat people with kindness and helpfulness
  • You love teamwork and show good communication and social skills
  • You are organised and have a positive attitude
